ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Chicago, I grew up with great appreciation for the arts and culture. This helped cultivate my appreciation for innovative design and 'out of the box' problem solving, landing me in the wonderful field of creative advertising.
In 2006, I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Graphic Design, then continued my education at Chicago Portfolio School to gain further exposure in the industry. Being taught by some of Chicago's top advertising executives gave me the tools and education I needed to prepare myself for a creative career.
After completing my studies, I was given the opportunity to begin a career with GERTRUDE, Inc. as a Junior Art Director. Here, I gained the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients such as FOX Reality Channel, Binaca, L.A. Gear, and Sea-Monkeys.
In July 2009 I ventured to Arizona, trading cold weather for mountains and palm trees. Currently, I am working as a Senior Art Director for Vilocity, Interactive. We are a full-service advertising agency specializing in website development, print campaigns, and social media.
On my free time I enjoy running, hiking, traveling, and reading my kindle (the only non-Apple product I own).
